Day Zero - Tuesday Evening

Before the conference begins, the real work starts. VIPs gather for an intimate welcome evening — no alcohol, no awkward mixers, no name badge speed-dating. Day One & Two - Wednesday & Thursday

Main Stage + Breakouts + Retreats
Mornings belong to the main stage: keynotes, conversations, and ideas from people who've done the work. Afternoons split by design — half the VIPs go deep in a retreat-style session with lunch included; the other half move through breakout sessions in the satellite buildings. The following day, they swap.
Evenings are unstructured by choice. Garden walks. Private dinners. Real conversations that continue what the day started.
