Day Zero - MONDAY Evening

Before the conference begins, the real work starts. VIPs gather for an intimate welcome evening — no alcohol, no awkward mixers, no name badge speed-dating. Day One & Two - TUESDAY & Wednesday

Main Stage + Breakouts + Retreats
Mornings belong to the main stage: keynotes, conversations, and ideas from people who've done the work. Afternoons split by design — half the VIPs go deep in a retreat-style session with lunch included; the other half move through breakout sessions in the satellite buildings. The following day, they swap.
